For the past five years I’ve taught ESOL in both the U.S. and China, created Corporate Social Responsibility programs abroad, run pilot DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) programs, and interviewed over 400 international teachers.

You can find me writing poetry, discovering immersive ways to travel, and learning how to thoughtfully communicate and connect with our international neighbors.
